Seth Rosenblum Participates in Power Breakfast Panel Discussion
Seth Rosenblum, CEO of The Rosenblum Companies, Discusses Regional Real Estate Market with Other Area Developers
Three major capital region real estate developers discussed Capital Region real estate trends at the The Albany Business Review‘s second Power Breakfast of 2014 on February 27.
Making his first appearance on the speaker panel at the popular event, Seth Rosenblum, CEO of The Rosenblum Companies, struck a positive chord, focusing on opportunities in the Capital Region’s burgeoning innovation economy and his company’s focus on re-imagining the way we live and work.
The panel, which also included Uri Kaufman, CEO and President of the Harmony Group, and Toby Mildé, President of RBC Construction, provided the audience with discerning views and personal anecdotes about a variety of issues including the regulatory environment and shifting real estate trends. One thing all three panelists agreed on: the future of Capital Region real estate and the Tech Valley region as a whole is bright, and our city centers hold the key.
