In addition to the new homeowners moving into their condos, one of the new faces you’ll see frequently at 17 Chapel is Dylan Medlock-Turek, who will be joining Kathleen Sullivan on our sales team.

Originally from downstate, Dylan is currently finishing coursework for a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University at Albany. Much of his school work has centered around development in dense urban areas and downtown revitalization, so we’re excited to have him be a part of 17 Chapel, which has been noted as a significant contributor to the redevelopment of downtown Albany.  Before beginning his graduate studies, Dylan worked in real estate sales in Manhattan for the Warburg Realty Partnership on the Upper East Side.

From June 2010 to December 2010, Dylan interned at Albany’s Department of Economic Development and Planning, assisting in the implementation of the Bicycle Master Plan and development of the Albany 2030 report.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Albany.
