On April 22, Earth Day, Rosenblum Development Corp. hosted our annual free Electronics Recycling (or “E-Cycling”) Day! Our tenants at Great Oaks Office Park and Wolf Road Area Offices recycled over 10,269 pounds of unwanted electronics such as computers, batteries, peripherals, televisions, small electronics, and more. We are excited to see that number consistently grow since our first E-Cycling day in 2015.

RDC’s E-Cycling Day provides our tenants a safe solution for decluttering their offices and homes while helping to keep harmful chemicals and toxins out of landfills and water systems. Environmental Stewardship is an operational core value at Rosenblum Development Corp. and our commitment to the environmental-friendly practices can be seen throughout our spaces, from initiatives such as solar panels on rooftops and energy efficient LED parking lot lights, to amenities and services like EV charging stations and transit/micro-mobility options.
