The annual Ice Cream Socials at our Great Oaks, Winners Circle, and 187 Wolf Road office properties are a perennial favorite. For 2025, we kept this summer tradition going strong!

Our office tenants kicked back on their lunch break with free Emack & Bolio’s ice cream, live music from DJ Emvy, caricatures by Mark Brennan, and a free raffle for gift cards to local eateries. The Chuck Wagon food truck was also on site serving up delicious bites.

Over three days, we served almost 450 scoops of ice cream!

Even though we had to retreat indoors one day due to a few “sprinkles”, all of the Ice Cream Socials provided a great opportunity to take a break and connect with our colleagues and neighbors. Check out the photo galleries below for a second helping of the fun!
