High Tech Boosts Albany Area Housing
Governor Cuomo announced that five tech companies including IBM, Global Foundries and Intel, are investing more than $4.5 billion in New York and are expected to bring in thousands of new jobs to Albany, YNN reported Monday. Real estate brokers are fielding increased interest from prospects considering a move to the Capital District, and new support companies looking to do business with the tech industry are moving to the area.
