In October 2024, we put the finishing touches on a comprehensive renovation of 1 and 2 Winners Circle with the installation of new lobby artwork and furniture. This ambitious 4-month project, which was managed by Rosenblum’s in-house construction team, encompassed a complete remodel of each building’s two-story atrium, corridors and restrooms with Class A finishes and a fresh, modern look for the building exteriors.

1 and 2 Winners Circle, which were built in 1983, feature abundant onsite parking and showers as well as newer amenities including electric vehicle charging stations, diverse fiber optic Internet options, and complementary common area WiFi for tenants and guests. Covered colonnades flanking the entries to each building face a shaded central courtyard with picnic tables, benches and a barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining, a team gathering, or a casual meeting.

However, not all improvements are so easily observable. In keeping with Rosenblum’s ongoing efforts to improve building efficiency and sustainability, new LED lighting and HVAC systems have been installed in both buildings.

The buildings are conveniently located just blocks from Exit 4 of Interstate 87 as well as Wolf Road, a prime lodging, shopping, and dining destination offering over 55 restaurants.
