2024 was defined by incredible milestones at The Rosenblum Companies, including completing Industrie, our first all-electric multifamily building, opening Launchbox, the first cowarehousing facility in Upstate NY, reimagining our office buildings at 1 and 2 Winners Circle, acquiring two new properties, 500 Patroon Creek and 19 Warehouse Row, and winning the “Developer of the Year” award from the Albany Business Review!

It was a lot of work for our incredible team, so we cannot think of a better way to close out this extremely busy year than being named an Albany Business Review‘s 2024 “Best Places to Work” in the Capital Region for a ninth year based upon a confidential employee survey!

For nearly two decades, the Albany Business Review has organized the “Best Places to Work” program to recognize the top company work environments in the Capital Region. “Best Places” encourages healthy competition while showcasing successful workplaces that increase employee satisfaction, retention, and recruitment.
