According to the American Red Cross, someone in the U.S. needs blood every two seconds, whether it’s for accidents and burn victims or surgery, organ transplant and cancer patients.

Thank you to all of the tenants from across our portfolio who rolled up their sleeves to donate 15 whole blood units and 6 Power Reds (a type of blood donation that collects twice the amount of red blood cells as a whole blood donation) during our 2026 Annual Blood Drive at 3 Winners Circle – we exceeded our goal!

The American Red Cross continues to face a serious nationwide blood shortage, and donors are urgently needed. If you’re able, don’t wait for our next drive – we encourage you to consider scheduling an appointment at a nearby blood donor center or event and help save lives!
