Going above and beyond the space planning service we’ve always provided, we’re now taking office design to the next level by partnering with Accent Furniture, Tech Valley’s authority on cutting edge office furniture, layout and design. For over 25 years, Accent furniture has provided inspired design services to large corporations, small businesses and everyone in between, and Accent is the local representative for the coveted Herman Miller brand.

Accent’s design professionals will be bringing their expertise in translating work styles into space designs that are functional and exciting. Through our partnership, they will be consulting with our tenants – whether they’re creating their first Albany office space with us or planning to renovate their existing office space. Although they are a furniture vendor, new furniture may or may not be part of the discussion.

Accent’s professionals will be there at an early stage to understand the tenant’s needs and translate them into eye-catching, highly efficient space layouts, while inspiring our tenants to challenge assumptions and consider alternatives that can benefit their bottom line. Their interior design experts will use both traditional 2D CAD and 3D rendering technology to help clients visualize space layouts.
