The results are in, and The Rosenblum Companies have been honored* as one of the 2019 Best Places to Work (BPTW) in the Capital Region. This is our fourth time being named a BPTW!  We are proud that out of the staffs of over 160 local businesses that were polled, our team continues to think of us as one of the best in the Capital Region.

One of our valued office tenants at Great Oaks Office Park, VHB Engineering, has also been named a BPTW; this is their second year in a row as a BPTW honoree. VHB has been a driving force for our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive, so we’ve seen first hand why their staff thinks so highly of the company.

The Albany Business Review has done an amazing job and provided a valuable service by organizing the BPTW program for the past 16 years. Their efforts to recognize the area’s best company work environments have not only encouraged some healthy competition but showcased successful approaches to improving work environments that increase employee satisfaction, retention, and recruitment. This makes our whole business community stronger!

*Honorees for the BPTW program were selected based on data collected by The Albany Business Review’s partner, Quantum Workplace. Quantum Workspace sends and collects confidential surveys to the employees of the nominated businesses and uses them to determine who will be a BPTW Honoree. Businesses have to have enough employees complete the survey to qualify for the BPTW program.
