Capital Region Chamber Relocates to 187 Wolf Road

We are pleased to announce that the Capital Region Chamber and Center for Economic Growth (CEG) will relocate their headquarters to our office building at 187 Wolf Road effective November 1, 2026.

The first-floor suite that the Chamber and CEG will occupy features a prominent entrance from the soaring three-story lobby atrium, modern workspaces and meeting rooms, and the new Broadview Collaboration Center, a central gathering and conference space. Established through a partnership between the Chamber, CEG, and Broadview Federal Credit Union, the Center reflects a shared commitment to strengthening connections, inspiring innovation, and creating opportunities throughout the region. It will host meetings, programs, and events throughout the year, serving as a hub where ideas are exchanged, partnerships are formed, and solutions are developed.

“The move will enhance our ability to serve members and the broader community while creating a workplace where our team can do their best work,” said Mark Eagan, president and CEO of the Capital Region Chamber and the Center for Economic Growth. “Last year alone, nearly 300 meetings and events were held at our office, bringing together entrepreneurs, business executives, elected officials, nonprofit leaders, educators, and policymakers from throughout the region. Our new location gives us a highly visible, accessible, and centrally located home for that work.”

Staff and guests will also enjoy numerous building amenities at 187 Wolf Road, including abundant parking, EV charging stations, a picnic area, and access to Hone Coworks on the third floor. Hone offers coworking, meeting rooms, and fully furnished private offices. But perhaps the best amenity is the location itself. Wolf Road is home to the region’s second largest shopping mall and over 55 restaurants.  The Crossings, a sprawling park with 6.5 miles of multiuse trails, is a short walk from the building. 187 Wolf Road is just blocks from Interstate 87 and only two miles from Albany International Airport.

Rosenblum’s in-house construction management team oversaw the comprehensive renovation of the new space, which was designed in collaboration with Envision Architects.

“At The Rosenblum Companies, we are committed to building stronger communities by providing better spaces and we are deeply gratified that the Chamber and CEG chose 187 Wolf Road to support their mission of strengthening our region,” said Seth Rosenblum, Principal.

Since acquiring 187 Wolf Road in 2016, Rosenblum has undertaken a complete common area remodel, amenity upgrades and numerous efficiency improvements, earning the building a TOBY (“The Outstanding Building of the Year”) Award from the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association (CRBOMA) in 2021. The TOBY Award was created in 1985 by BOMA International to recognize excellence in the office building industry.
