Our contractors made significant progress this winter despite the harsh weather. Three floors of structural steel were added on top and the entire exterior of the building was sheathed (the sheathing creates the green color which is visible all over the building). The building is now ready to receive windows and exterior finishes.

Inside, the condominiums are being framed atop newly poured concrete floors. New stairs are installed and plumbing, electrical and fire sprinklers are being installed.

Perhaps most excitingly, we can now show that our building has phenomenal views of the Albany skyline, as shown in these photos taken from the 8th floor roof terrace! This roof deck will be accessible to all condo owners and features an outdoor kitchen, seating area and gas firepit.
