Unveiling the New Rosenblum Companies
Leading Office Space in Albany, NY
The Rosenblum Companies’ New Office Grand Opening Event
What an incredible past few weeks it’s been at The Rosenblum Companies! It began with a Business Review article announcing that we’re nearing the finish line with sales at 17 Chapel, followed by a Business Review cover story on our second-generation CEO, Seth Rosenblum, and finally, on February 4th, we unveiled our new innovative Headquarters at Great Oaks with an exclusive grand opening party!
Already, 2014 has already been a year of monumental progress, and with another major announcement due later this month and Seth’s participation in February’s Real Estate Power Breakfast on Feb 27th, we have no intention of slowing down!

If you were one of the 100+ people that came to our grand opening party last Tuesday evening, you’re surely aware that Seth’s new vision for our company isn’t “business as usual.” Our guests could tell this event was unique thanks to the fresh, wholesome and natural culinary delights prepared right here in our office and local jazz duo [Bryan Brundige and Chris Carballeira] serenading our guests.

But besides food and entertainment for our valued tenants and community members, the evening’s focus was on celebrating the evolution of our local, family-run commercial real estate development company. Our new cutting-edge, open office layout reflects the type of creative and collaborative working environments commonly associated with technology companies like Google and cutting-edge research facilities like CNSE. Thanks to our Capital Region’s ascension to a globalized, Tech Valley status, we now have the opportunity to create spaces uniquely suited to these emerging and growing industries.
