Forum presenters included Mark Little, former GE Chief Technology Officer, Schenectady Mayor Gary McCarthy, PSC Chair Audrey Zibelman, Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan, White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach, Assemblywoman Fahy and Peter Baynes, Executive Director of NYCOM.  Joining Mirel on the panel were state and local leaders, business representatives, public safety officials, and academics.
