The tax-abatement program at 17 Chapel picked up some press, with a new report by The Business Review.  As part of the 485(a) abatement, increases in property taxes are put on hold for eight years.  This results in a savings of tens of thousands of dollars for buyers of the new luxury condos in downtown Albany.  The tax abatement has been available in Albany for seven years with no takers.

The huge tax savings are just one of many ways that the condos at 17 Chapel stand out from the pack.  The quality and convenience of a residence at 17 Chapel is unparalleled in Albany County.
