Launchbox, located in the formerly vacant ±63,000 square foot industrial building at 6 Northway Lane in Latham, is the first cowarehousing facility in Upstate NY.  Launchbox offers dedicated warehouse and work suites from 150 square feet up to 1,000 square feet that are available for terms as short as six months. For one flat monthly rate, Launchbox members also have full access to shared support spaces and amenities including a three-bay loading dock, material handling equipment, photo studio, coworking cafe and meeting rooms, redundant high-speed Internet, and more. Rosenblum acquired 6 Northway Lane in 2020 and performed a complete “gut” renovation encompassing a deep energy retrofit to prepare the building for cowarehousing. With the addition of a 417kW rooftop solar PV array, Launchbox is expected to achieve net zero by producing as much or more energy annually than the building consumes.
