We are excited to announce The Rosenblum Companies has closed on the purchase of the historic, but now vacant Troy Record Building, located at 501 Broadway in downtown Troy, NY.  In keeping with the company’s focus on best-in-class properties, we plan to perform a comprehensive, historically sensitive adaptive renovation of the existing structure and construct a complimentary new addition for residential apartments, tenant amenity space, ground floor retail/commercial space, and ample onsite parking.
