On Tuesday, February 11th, The Rosenblum Companies hosted a networking session of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) at our newly renovated 2 Winners Circle. Guest keynote speaker, Kevin O’Connor, CEO of the Advance Albany County Alliance, provided an eye-opening update on Albany County’s very busy economic development agenda, while our own Seth Rosenblum and Senior Property Manager, Lisa Zarrillo, explained the philosophy behind the complete remodel of 1 and 2 Winners Circle.

“After COVID and the subsequent disruption to commercial office, we made the strategic decision to lean into our (property improvement) efforts while continuing to focus on providing excellent service to our tenants, which included expanding our offerings to flexible office spaces via our Hone Coworks brand and and more customized space options,” said Seth. “As a result, our occupancy has never shifted below 95% in the past decade.”
