Rosenblum Co Still a “Best Places to Work”

Last week, The Rosenblum Companies was named one of the 2016 “Best Places to Work in the Capital Region” by Albany Business Review. Rosenblum was awarded the title for the second year in a row, alongside 35 other companies regionally.

The winners are divided into four categories: small, with 10 to 24 employees; medium, with 25 to 49 employees; medium large, with 50 to 149 employees; and large, with 150 or more employees.

From the Business Review:

The winners vary in size and industry. One thing ties them together: Their employees say they’re engaged and fulfilled at work.  This is the 13th year of the award, which gives companies a chance to highlight their workplaces and office cultures… It’s a highly competitive honor. This year, more than 100 companies were nominated to be in the program. Winners were chosen based on data collected by Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska, which confidentially surveys employees about the company.
