Class of 2019 below:
Dan Casabonne (Superintendent) supervises day-to-day onsite operations for company construction projects to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries. Dan has 35+ years of experience in construction site management and general construction services, including project superintendent roles for BCI Construction and Jersen Construction.
Antonio Chabrier (Marketing Manager) is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing and public relations activities of The Rosenblum Companies, as well as the long-term marketing strategy for the company’s growing portfolio.
Karen Cramer (Admin Assistant) provides administrative support to all departments. Before joining The Rosenblum Companies, Karen worked for twenty years in administration at the Omni Management Group in Albany.
Ed DeLucia (Asst. Superintendent) oversees tenant fit-ups and construction projects at all company properties. Ed has 20+ years of experience in the construction trades.
Justin Hinton (Asst. Property Manager – Residential) is responsible for assisting the Residential Property Manager with all day-to-day operations, client relations, and leasing responsibilities for Rosenblum’s residential properties.
Antonio Milone (Cleaner at The News Apartments) has seven years of experience in the custodial services.
