Sold: Last Unit at 17 Chapel Boutique Condominiums
On Wednesday, August 5, Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan, the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District (BID), and Capitalize Albany Corporation will join us to celebrate the sale of the last new condominium available at 17 Chapel Boutique Condominiums.

The event marks the end of a $9 million, 24-unit project that opened the door for other large-scale residential conversions within the Downtown Albany BID, and will serve as a kick-off to the Downtown Residential Open House tour taking place August 7, 2015 at various locations in downtown Albany from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
“17 Chapel is about much more than one developer and one building. Now there are hundreds of new downtown residential units available or in the pipeline. This demonstrates that the market is robust for a sustainable, walkable urban lifestyle in Albany. We are very proud to have been there at the start of this housing renaissance,” said Rosenblum Companies CEO, Seth Rosenblum.
