Team at Rosenblum Grows

The Rosenblum Companies is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to our growing team:  Salvatore Hardy, Stephanie Huntley, and Nathaniel Weisenburn. This news comes on the heels of the company’s recent acquisition of 14 office and warehouse properties from the Beltrone Group in support of the firm’s continuing growth and diversification.

Salvatore Hardy brings 35 years of experience in the building maintenance and construction industries to the position of Lead Building Engineer. Hardy has served in the roles of facilities manager and building superintendent for properties in NYC and the Capital Region including The Lofts at Harmony Mills and The Alexander at Patroon Creek.

Stephanie Huntley, Accounting Assistant, will be responsible for supporting property and corporate accounting. Huntley has more than 10 years of relevant experience, most recently as an Accounts Payable Coordinator for Soft-Tex International.

Nathaniel Weisenburn served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a helicopter mechanic specializing in hydraulic and electrical systems. He earned a degree in Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technical Services from Hudson Valley Community College, and joins the Building Engineering team with a focus on environmental systems.

The trio joins several other recent hires at The Rosenblum Companies:  Justin Bosy, Project Manager, and Kristen Diesel, Director of Leasing and Client Relations.
