The Rosenblum Companies is pleased to announce WestShore Design Engineers as the newest tenant at our Great Oaks Office Park.

WestShore Design Engineers, a structural and MEP design engineering firm headed by president and founder, Nic Nitti, focuses on commercial, retail/restaurant, mixed-use, and industrial buildings. The company provides engineering design services for projects ranging in size from minor renovations to larger ground-up construction.

WDE moved to a 1,244 square foot office space on the first floor of 100 Great Oaks, a building which recently underwent a comprehensive common area renovation, including the lobby, hallways, bathrooms and a large tenant lounge. In 2015, the 100 Great Oaks received an ENERGY STAR rating of 97, the highest score given to any multi-tenant office building in the Capital Region, and was awarded the TOBY (“The Office Building of the Year”) Earth Award by the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), given to a property where the building and building management team preserve and enhance the internal and external environment through green and sustainable programs.
