These amenities include:

• Exclusive entry access to the hotel
• 24 hour Suite Shop; inclusive of snacks, drinks, toiletries, and periodicals

• Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access in the hotel
• Coffee Club: Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ($10 monthly fee)
• Breakfast served every morning from 6 am to 10 am in the hotel’s main lobby ($5 fee per use)
• Off-premise same-day dry cleaning service; pick-up and delivery. Once delivered back to the hotel, front desk agents will notify owners that their items are ready for pick up and will be able to obtain items at the front desk.
• Culinary Concierge Service courtesy of Yono’s Restaurant (World Class Four Star Dining featuring Globally Inspired Seasonal Cuisine) and dp: An American Brasserie (Casual American Fare in a Bar and Bistro Setting)
• Mail service- Condo owners can have packages picked-up and delivered to the hotel desk
• Discounted hotel rooms (for your guests) in a 165 room facility; featuring guest rooms ranging from standing King and Queen rooms to Studio Layout Suites and Jacuzzi Equipped Luxury Suites. Generally, the rates for standard double queen rooms range from $109-$179.00. Guests will be able to enjoy a 25% discount off their room rate when they make a reservation.  In addition, guests will have the option of staying in one of our Whirlpool suites for $179 (based on availability), which typically run upwards of $309.00. This offer is good through 2012.
• Guaranteed Parking available for hotel guests at any time – standard rates apply.
• Discounted meeting room rentals – Meeting space is available for rental at any time with a 25% discount applicable. Perfect for private parties, social events and celebrations, and work-related functions!

Condo owners are able to reserve the Fitness Club and Relaxation Room for private use. The fitness center will be available. It includes all of the best exercise equipment: treadmills, ellipticals , bikes, stair steppers, weight machines, and free weights. Attached to the fitness center is our private relaxation club, which is a fantastic way to unwind at the end of the day. Condo owners can enjoy the hotel’s relaxing massage chair, steam room, sauna, and tanning bed. Half-hour sessions are available for a fee.

House accounts will be created and maintained by the hotel; residents will never have to worry about the direct exchange of cash or other forms of payment except for the initial creation of the account.
