Not even a little rain could dampen our favorite annual event, The Rosenblum Companies’ Annual Ice Cream Social. In fact, this year’s office park ice cream socials, taking place over two days at our Great Oaks and Corporate Plaza Office Parks, may have been the best yet!

Cold Stone Creamery in Stuyvesant Plaza once again outdid themselves, offering a variety of their famous homemade ice creams and delicious toppings, as well as ice cream cookies, cakes and cupcakes.  A very special thank you to White Management, owners of Coldstone and longtime tenants at Great Oaks, as well as Brian White and his assistant Ally for personally dishing out the delectables!

Office Park ice cream socials are not only delicious, but they are a great way to meet other tenants!

For the first time, some of our other tenants set up booths this year:  The Center for Donation and Transplant, Manpower Staffing and Madison Hearing Center shared useful information – and giveaways!

Everyone who attended also had the chance to enter a raffle for one of four great prizes from The Rosenblum Companies.  Congratulations to our winners:

While tenants ate, chatted and networked with their neighbors, local jazz musicians Bryan Brundige, Chris Carballeira and Adam Siegel performed a staple of jazz favorites.  A very special visitor, local piano legend, Lee Shaw, even stopped in to listen and mingle.
