The Rosenblum Companies purchased 612 Central Avenue in April 2016 and worked with Save-A-Lot to convert the former office building on the site into a neighborhood grocery store that provides fresh produce, store-cut meats and national brands at affordable prices, created approximately 30 new jobs, and returned the formerly tax exempt property to the tax rolls. In 2021, Rosenblum sold 612 Central Avenue.
