Rosenblum’s Randy Pobran is Engineer of the Year

Randy CRBOMA Engineer of the YearRandy Pobran, Chief Engineer at The Rosenblum Companies, has been named 2019’s “Engineer of the Year” by the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association (CRBOMA).

Randy is responsible for managing the maintenance and performance of Rosenblum’s diversified commercial real estate portfolio, which currently comprises over 1.2 million square feet of award-winning office, industrial, retail, self-storage, and urban mixed-use properties. This includes Great Oaks Office Park and The News Apartments, which were awarded the 2015 TOBY “Earth Award” and 2018 “Renovated Building of the Year” respectively by CRBOMA. CRBOMA also recognized The Rosenblum Companies with the “Most Creative Real Estate Deal of the Year” Award in 2016, but this is the first time one of our team members was recognized individually.
