Rosenblum Wins 3 BOMA Awards

Rosenblum Development Corporation (RDC) was honored to receive three awards from the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association (CRBOMA).  CRBOMA works to nurture the growth and health of the local Commercial Real Estate Industry through representing commercial building owners and managers, professional property management firms, financial institutions, professional service providers and others serving the local commercial real estate industry.

Vicina – Modern Urban Flats was named CRBOMA’s 2021 “New Building of the Year.” Vicina, the company’s second multifamily development in downtown Troy, was newly constructed on an underdeveloped site at the corner of Fourth and Congress streets, a prominent city gateway. The Rosenblum Companies broke ground in 2019 and celebrated the substantial completion of the project in Fall 2020.

Two of RDC’s office buildings on the Wolf Road corridor in the Town of Colonie, 3 Winners Circle and 187 Wolf Road, each won a TOBY (“The Outstanding Building of the Year”) Award. Formerly called “The Office Building of the Year,” the TOBY Award was created in 1985 by BOMA International to recognize excellence in the office building industry.

187 Wolf Road is a 74,048 square foot office building constructed in 1986. 3 Winners Circle, an 84,493 square foot office building, was constructed three years later.  Each Class A building provides abundant onsite parking and easy access to Interstate-87, Albany International Airport, and Wolf Road amenities. RDC acquired 187 Wolf Road and 3 Winners Circle in 2016 and has since completely renovated both buildings.
