New Faces at 17 Chapel – Meet Dylan
In addition to the new homeowners moving into their condos, one of the new faces you’ll see frequently at 17 Chapel is Dylan Medlock-Turek, who will be joining Kathleen Sullivan at the sales center from 12:30 to 4pm on Sundays and 1 to 3pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about how many condo homes are left at 17 Chapel. Four homes have closed and the homeowners have moved in, while six more are under construction for buyers. That means that there is still time for buy and customize the remaining 12 condo homes.
MoreAdditional Sales Center Hours
We are now opening the sales center for additional hours. In addition to Sundays from 12:30 to 4pm, you can come stop by on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 3p.m. Be sure to also stop by our model condo and take in the view from the roof deck.
