The exterior of the building is fully complete, standing seven stories tall. The building includes a vertical addition of three stories to the original 1928 four-story concrete building. The exterior of the building was re-faced with wood-clad windows and natural brick, to provide a historic feel, inspired by the original modernist structure, while incorporating elements of contemporary style.
