In October 2024, The Rosenblum Companies expanded its warehouse and industrial portfolio with the purchase of 19 Warehouse Row, a 64,945 square foot building located in the Town of Colonie. 19 Warehouse Row adds to nearly 400,000 square feet of modern warehouse space Rosenblum has owned since it acquired ten warehouses in the Karner Road Light Industrial Park in 2016.

The Rosenblum Companies purchased 612 Central Avenue in April 2016 and worked with Save-A-Lot to convert the former office building on the site into a neighborhood grocery store. In 2021, Rosenblum sold 612 Central Avenue.
